We use metal removal processes to produce all types of parts with diameters ranging from 3 mm to 50 mm, starting from cylindrical, hexagonal or special profile bar. We also produce parts with diameters ranging from 0.5 mm to 5 mm, starting from coil.
We machine a variety of materials up to a maximum length of approximately 400 mm.
Furthermore, in our machining centre section, we also produce loose parts with a capability of up to 400 x 400 mm.
We are capable of achieving IT6 tolerances.
As our customers are demanding increasingly flexible machining capacities, our mass production runs range from 100 units up to millions of units.
In addition to machining, and based on our customers’ specifications, we offer heat and surface treatment services (Hardening, Tempering, Carbonitriding, Bluing, Sursulf, Dehydrogenation, Nickel plating, Zinc plating, Chrome plating, Anodising, etc.,), small assemblies, etc., all provided by our approved suppliers.
